beautiful old church of St Paul in Deptford.
Getting to the church by train (for driving directions, click here)
St Paul's Church lies within its churchyard enclosed by Deptford High Street, Creek Road (A200) and Deptford Church Street. The churchyard can be entered from either Deptford High Street or Deptford Church Street.
National Rail: from Charing Cross, London Bridge, London Waterloo East, and London Cannon Street to Deptford main line station on the Greenwich line. Turn left out of the station, and cross the road at the pedestrian crossing. (2 mins walk)
London Underground: Jubilee or Northern Lines to London Bridge, and change to the overground, as above. Alternatively, take the DLR to Deptford Bridge. Turn right out of the station down Deptford Church Street. (7 mins walk)
