St Paul’s Sinfonia has already performed with choral societies in London and the south-east, to a very warm reception from singers and audiences alike. We have performed some of the most frequently-heard works for chorus and orchestra (Mozart’s Requiem, Vivaldi’s Gloria, both for the Downland Chorale); on the less-well-known side, we have accompanied the Blackheath Choir in Elgar’s From the Bavarian Highlands and Coleridge-Taylor’s Hiawatha.

Economical

We understand that choral societies can have limited budgets, and so we are always willing to be flexible in terms of the number of players booked and the overall budget. We can provide less-commonly-used instruments (of which harps are the most obvious), or any unusual percussion at a small extra cost, which can always be negotiated.
