Our first fourteen seasons have explored every possible sort of repertoire suitable for an enterprising and imaginative chamber orchestra. From music written in the early eighteenth century, to works written especially for the orchestra in the twenty-first century; from works for a small sub-section of the available players to symphonies that demand full brass, multiple percussion, and even a choir; from a full Beethoven symphony cycle within a single season to a gradual exploration of the works of Sibelius – St Paul’s Sinfonia has performed them all, to an ever-increasing and always-enthusiastic audience!
